Looking for a few good people Town of North Yarmouth - Perdiem Firefghter/EMT/Paramedic. 

The Town of North Yarmouth is seeking positive and motivated individuals to join our team. The desired candidates shall be at a minimum of Maine licensed Basic EMT with preference given to Paramedic or Advanced providers. The Desired candidate shall also have Firefighter I & II Certification. This position is responsible for the efficient performance of required duties in conformance with the rules, regulations and policies established by the State, Town and the Fire Department. Duties shall consist of several fire and EMS responsibilities necessary to ensure the stability and safety of our community. The Town of North Yarmouth covers 21.5 square miles, has a population of just over 4000 residents, and responded to just over 400 fire and EMS calls annually.

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Must hold at least a valid Maine Basic EMT License (Paramedic or Advanced Preferred)

Maine Basic Firefighter @ a minimum, Firefighter I & II Certification Preferred

Must hold and maintain a valid State of Maine Class C Driver’s License

EVOC/AVOC

National Incident Management System IS 100 & 700

Shifts schedule is 07:00 to 17:00 each day (7 days a week) on a rotating schedule.

Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and a pre-employment medical clearance.

Pay Range from $18.00/hr to $22.24/hr as based on fire and EMS certifications/licenses
