On Tuesday, April 8, former Gorham High School standout Amber Bretton’s current college team, the UConn Huskies, won 10-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UMass Minutewomen.

The game took place at Burrill Family Field at the CT Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Minutewomen this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 3 p.m. at Glay Field against Providence Friars.
