On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Portland High School standout Sadie Armstrong’s current college team, the Longwood Lancers, lost 11-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Georgia Bulldogs.

The game took place at Jack Turner Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Lancers’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 2:30 p.m. at Palmer Park against Virginia Cavaliers.
