The Bowdoin College women's basketball team came within a whisker of completing a historic comeback on Monday, falling just short at Cortland State University, 70-66. Despite a resilient second half comeback, the Polar Bears fall to 11-6 while the Red Dragons improve to 14-2.

- After being outscored 44-21 in the opening half, Bowdoin outscored Cortland 45-26 in the second half.
- Both teams finished at 41% shooting for the game, and despite Cortland knocked down 12 three-pointers to Bowdoin's seven, the Polar Bears were able to cash in for 20 points off turnovers.
- Sydney Jones scored all 20 of her points in the second half and added five rebounds and three assists.
