Four Bowdoin College tennis players will travel to Georgia this week to compete at the 2022 ITA Cup, the premier fall collegiate tennis championship. All matches will be hosted at the Rome Tennis Center and will be livestreamed throughout the weekend.
Bowdoin men's tennis singles players Tristan Bradley, along with the women's doubles team Jamilah Karah and Cara Hung earned qualification to the ITA Cup with their regional championship performances earlier this autumn. Reid Staples earned an at-large bid to the men's singles championship as the New England regional runner-up.
Bradley, who won the ITA Men's New England Regional over teammate Staples, will play Caleb Wilkins of Chapman University at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday while Staples will face Michael Melnikov of Swarthmore at 10:00 a.m., as well.
Karah and Hung, who claimed the ITA Women's New England Doubles title, will get underway at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday against the doubles pair of Flores Gonzales/Ridenour of RPI.
