South Portland High School standout Andrew Heffernan’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Sunday, March 9

On Sunday, March 9, former South Portland High School standout Andrew Heffernan’s current college team, the Merrimack Warriors, won 13-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Marist Red Foxes.

The game took place at McCann Baseball Field. This was their third matchup against the Red Foxes this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 3 p.m. at Harrington Athletics Village against Boston Eagles.
