Portland High School standout Sadie Armstrong’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Sunday, March 2

On Sunday, March 2, former Portland High School standout Sadie Armstrong’s current college team, the Longwood Lancers, lost 1-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place at Ulmer Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Chippewas this season.

The Lancers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 4 p.m. at Palmer Park against Virginia Cavaliers.
