Gorham High School standout Amber Bretton’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Sunday, March 9

On Sunday, March 9, former Gorham High School standout Amber Bretton’s current college team, the UConn Huskies, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Villanova Wildcats.

The game took place at Villanova Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 6 p.m. at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium against Tennessee Lady Volunteers.
