On Saturday, April 12, former Freeport High School standout Blaine Cockburn’s current college team, the Maine Black Bears, won 11-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Albany Great Danes.

The game took place at Varsity Field. This was their second matchup against the Great Danes this season.

The Black Bears’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Varsity Field against Albany Great Danes.
